Get real value out of ChatGPT.

Get real value out of ChatGPT without the hype. Five short lessons on talking to it well, the everyday writing and admin jobs it does best, building a reusable Custom GPT in your own words, and doing it all safely. Plain English, real small-business examples, no code.

For owners and teams who keep hearing about ChatGPT and want to actually use it well. No code, no jargon, just the writing and admin wins that pay off this week.

What you'll learn

Lesson 2 The everyday jobs it does well Emails, summaries, rewrites, first drafts, tidy docs from rough notes, plain-English explanations: the writing and admin where it earns its keep, and the jobs to keep a human on. 7 min
Lesson 3 Custom GPTs: a reusable assistant in your words Set ChatGPT up once with your instructions, tone and reference info, then reuse it. A quote drafter, a reply-in-our-tone helper, an onboarding guide, no code required. 7 min

Before you start.

Is the course really free?
Yes, completely. All five lessons are free to read with no sign-up. If you'd like the fill-in workbook to keep and work through with your team, that's a quick email, and that's the only thing asked for anywhere on here. There's a free one-page summary too, with nothing asked for.
Do I need to be technical?
Not at all. It's written for ordinary business owners and their teams. There's no code anywhere, including the Custom GPT lesson, which is all plain instructions and a few reference files.
Do I need to pay for ChatGPT?
You can get real value from the free version for everyday chatting. A couple of things, like building and sharing Custom GPTs, sit behind a paid or Team plan. The course is clear about which is which so you only pay when it earns its keep.
How long does it take?
About 31 minutes all up, across five short lessons. Read it in one sitting or one lesson at a time, whatever suits.
Is this just a sales pitch?
No. It's the same honest advice JDCS would give in a conversation, written down, so you walk away genuinely more capable with ChatGPT. If you later want a hand applying it, the first conversation is free and you keep the plan either way.
When you're ready

Want this set up properly for your business?

Once you've found a few jobs ChatGPT does well, the next step is wiring it into how you actually work, with a Custom GPT in your tone and the right safety settings. That first conversation is free, and you keep the plain-English plan either way.
