The workbook

Your online store workbook.

A short working session for your store, about 30 minutes. Don't just read it, fill it in. By the end you'll know where your funnel leaks, have a product-copy prompt pack started, a cart-recovery flow planned, a support assistant scoped, and a 90-day plan written down. Type straight into the boxes and save as a PDF, or print it and write on it.

The map, in brief. AI pays off on the high-volume, repetitive jobs across the WooCommerce funnel: product copy, abandoned-cart recovery, routine support, and back-office sync. Feed AI the real facts and never let it invent. Trigger flows off real WooCommerce events. Give any support assistant a clean handoff to a person. The approach is always: pick one win, prove it pays, then add the next.
1Funnel time and leak audit

Walk your own funnel before you spend a dollar. Where do customers drop off, and where do your hours go? Brain-dump the repetitive jobs and the leaks. Don't filter yet.

2Product-copy prompt pack

Build the reusable prompt you'll run across the catalogue with ChatGPT or Claude. Spell out your tone in your own words. The golden rule: it writes the prose, you supply the facts, and it never invents a detail.

3Abandoned-cart flow plan

Plan a simple three-touch win-back flow wired to WooCommerce. Pick a tool that integrates properly (Klaviyo, or an Australian-friendly option). Write what each message says and when it fires.

4Support assistant: scope and handoff

Scope an assistant trained on your own material. Decide what it handles, what it never touches, and how it hands off to a person. A narrow assistant that nails the routine beats a broad one that fumbles the hard cases.

5Your 90-day plan

One win at a time. Ship it, prove it against the old way, then add the next. Write the phases and the back-office and headless pieces you're building towards.

Stuck on any of these, or want a second opinion on where AI fits your store, or whether a headless WooCommerce build is the right next step? The first conversation with JDCS is free, and you keep the plan either way. jdcs.au/contact
