Who is this for?
Owners and practice managers in allied health: physio, chiro, podiatry, psychology, and small clinics generally. The ideas extend cleanly to dental, GP and vet practices too. No technical background needed. If you run patient-facing care and a busy front desk, it's written for you.
Is patient privacy taken seriously?
It leads the whole course. Patient data is sensitive health information under the Privacy Act, so every lesson treats consent, careful data handling and clinician oversight as the starting point, not an afterthought. We name where data should and shouldn't go, and where a human stays in charge.
Will it tell me which exact tools to buy?
It points you at the categories and names current Australian options like Cliniko, Nookal, Halaxy and Zanda for practice management, and AI scribes such as Heidi or Lyrebird, so you know what to look at. It stays clear of hard product recommendations and pricing, which move around, and focuses on choosing and using tools safely.
How long does it take?
