AI automation for Northern Rivers businesses.

Same coast, same understanding of how a regional business actually runs — just up the highway. Mostly remote, in person when a project earns it.

The Northern Rivers — Byron, Ballina, Lismore, the Tweed and everything between — runs on small, characterful operators: hospitality, wellness, trades, makers, creative studios, a lot of them already poking at AI to write and price. The opportunity is the same one I see everywhere: that AI lives in copy-and-paste, never turned into a system.

That's the work I do — take the jobs you'd rather not do (quoting, follow-ups, onboarding, the admin between your tools) and build them into something that runs on its own, in plain English, with you in control of anything that matters. Sensitive data can stay on Australian servers or run on local models when it needs to.

I'm on the Mid North Coast — a straight run up the highway — so the Northern Rivers is reachable in person for the right project. Most of the build happens remotely, which suits automation work fine.

Where it usually pays off

  • Quoting & proposals, drafted and priced with your own logic
  • Admin & data entry that copies itself between your tools
  • Customer follow-ups that go out on time, every time
  • Custom internal tools and dashboards built around how you work

Built to give you hours back. Privacy matched to the job — Australian servers or local models when it's sensitive.

A few quick questions and I'll come back with a plain-English plan — what's worth automating in Northern Rivers, in what order, and the likely payoff. No obligation.

Step 1 of 6 A few quick questions

Where's your time actually going?

Pick whatever rings true — the stuff you'd happily never do again.

What are you running the business on?

The tools you already use — it tells me what we'd be plugging into.

Are you using AI for any of it yet?

No wrong answer — it just tells me where you're starting from.

Tell me about the business.

How many of you?

Where are you up to?

Where do I send the plan?

I'll come back with a plain-English read on what's worth automating — no obligation.

Northern Rivers, answered.

Do you come to the Northern Rivers in person?
For the right project, yes — I'm just down the coast on the Mid North Coast. Most of the work is remote either way, so it rarely matters once we've had the first conversation.
I'm a small operator — is automation overkill?
Usually not. If you're losing hours each week to the same repetitive job, there's almost always one small automation worth building first. We start there, with no big upfront commitment.
